Harinder is the Founder and principal consultant at OzPerf. Harinder’s particular specialties are testing and analysing performance of complex systems, providing advisory services to local and international organisations, developing strategies around testing blockchain & big data for clients, managing teams, capacity planning & analysis and testing in an agile environment. Harinder is a member of Association of software testing, speaker at various conferences/meetups and contributor to various publications.

Harinder is a co-author of an IBM Redbook on Performance and Capacity Implications for Big Data. He is also on the advisory board of Global Skill Development Council organisation (GSDCouncil).
